Alright, the post for today. After the slack work I did at the factory today, it's off for a movie screening at JP. Entitiled "Body 19", said to be scary and spine-chilling. In the end, boring O_o! The scaring parts were sooooo predictable. Ok, fine, I borrowed Maovin's ear piece and plugged it in =P and fell asleep at some parts. BUT, I woke up in time to catch the scaring parts, thanks to Long, trying to scare me first before the movie >.>. Super lame lar Long =P. I admit, the sound effects are the fear that shocks me the most, and yeah, I have a phobia for ghosts, monsters or aliens' movies. WHY? When I was young, my parents always rent these kinds of shows to watch and so I watch it with them. Since I was young, my imagination was wild and it IS still wild, just a lil' lesser. So, Yes, movies like this can take a back seat and the theatre's sound system is really booming! The first minute of the starting part, "booom! lightning strikes", I was like ~ "Mel, lend me your ear piece =P". So ok, the movie's fine, 4/5 stars, not as scary as it was mentioned but the storyline was fantastic. The ending was well explained and left us with a great memorial of death. But I still don't recommend it for the weak-hearted. Anyways to find out what type of personality you have =]. I came up with a few scenarios and some "what-type-of-person-you-are" depending on your answer. Post YOUR answer on the tagboard before reading the finale. The scenarios are based on a trashbag scene from "Body 19" but still it's still understandable.
Scenes Below.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Scene~ Your walking home after the movie "Body 19" and as you stroll, you glance through the dark, starless night. *Kinda Creepy* Your watch calls 10p.m. and you are at a L-turning. You decided to take the short cut home as it was pretty late and you want to grab some sleep before midnight. The shortcut leads you through a small alley and it was piled up with garbage bags. As you stride through, one of the garbage bag up ahead suddenly jerks. It continues to move.
Will you be~:
1)A coward, imagining all sorts of stuffs and getting scared by the aftershock of the movie you just caught with your friends. "You decide to walk away".
2)Smart, ignoring all supernatural facts and treat this as a sign of danger. "You decide to walk away".
3)Hesitating, imagining all sorts of possibilities, including supernatural and factual. Finally, "You decide to walk away".
4)A detective, flipping through your mind for any sign of danger and turn on the alert button. "You decide to check it out".
5)Brave, ignoring all supernatural and factual thoughts, close your mind towards fear and danger, acting oblivious towards the garbage bag."You walk on singing your favourite song without checking the bag".
6)A hero, bravely stroll towards the garbage bag, ignoring all possibility of dangers. "You open the bag!"
Your answers depends on your personality, answer the above before continue reading.

If you choose~:
1)Your choice of action was correct but it was due to your fears. This might get back at you one fine day. Be braver but don't cancel any hint of danger. Act smart but not too smart. Relief yourself from fear and release yourself from your wild imagination. Think more but think lesser.
2)Your choice of action was correct and yes, you can call yourself Street-smart.
3)Even though your choice of action was correct, your hesitation might kill you one day, or else, inflict hurt upon someone else.
4)As you carefully move towards the moving bag, the corner of your eyes caught a movement at the opposite direction from the bag. Realising you just step into a trap, awaiting your ambush, you force yourself to a defensive posture and stare at the night theif dashing towards you.
Your smart and alert, and you love to find things out. You ignore the phrase "Curiosity kills the cat" and reply with "Cats have nine lives" or "I'm not a cat" whenever someone pick up this topic.
Your choice of action was wrong IF your weak and have no familiarities with martial art skills.
And if your the above type, the theif stabs you in the chest, dominating your injured disadvantage, the theif slash your throat. As you fall and gasp for dying breathe, your last glance before your trip from Earth was him and his maniac laughter.
Your choice of action was correct IF you have martial art skills, or your always very lucky during narrowed situations.
And if your the above type, you block the oncoming stab and side-step him. His acceleration was too fast and the thief toppled over. Gaining the advantage, you pin him down and knock him out.
5)The song was too loud for you to hear the footsteps made by the theif and as he gains upon you, you heard the shuffling of his feet but the crippling pain in your spine stuns you. As you fall and struggling to stay alive, you hear a maniac laughter coming from behind and the next blow knocked you out.
Your choice of action was wrong but your bravery is admired by many. The most important thing is to think but don't hesitate.
6)You rush towards the bag, opened it and found a pile of rubbish and leftovers. The smell engulf around you and you cover your nose. You found an automatic mini car with an antenna protruding from the top. You finally realised this was a trap, but too late. The pain from the stab behind sprints through your whole body and your paralysed with both fear and pain. The maniac laughter ring through your ears as it's the last thing you hear befored you end your life.
Heroes are cool, but they still think.
I would have chosen the hesitation part, which is scene 3. So ya I do have a wild imagination needed to be suppressed.
Alright, sooo what's your answer? =]. Remember, leave your answer in the tagboard.
